RETURN POLICY

The items are eligible for free replacement in an unlikely event of damaged, defective or different item delivered to you.

Please keep the item in its original condition, with outer box or case, accessories, CDs, user manual, warranty cards, scratch cards, and other accompaniments in manufacturer packaging for a successful return pick-up.

In order to obtain your refund, contact customer service by phone or email and obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number to place on your package. In order for your refund to be processed the product must arrive at our fulfillment facility within thirty (30) days from the date you received the product. You pay for return shipping. Once our fulfillment center has received the package and relayed the correct information to us, you will be issued a refund. Your refund will be credited back to your bank account, and may take up to 3-5 business days to show in your statement, depending on the speed of the processing bank.


We will credit one order per customer when the received package containing the originally ordered product(s), either opened or unopened, post marked within 30 days of the received date and the included RMA number obtained from the customer service.
